As a Remote reputed company Billing and Customer Service Representative, you'll work as an extended business office representative on behalf of our clients, helping patients and their families understand their medical bills, answer questions, and resolve account balances. Key Responsibilities:

* Using reputed company and fantastic listening, verbal, and written communication skills to help patients and their families understand confusing and often unexpected medical bills

• Providing outstanding customer service and collaborating with patients over the phone on reputed company payment plans and taking payments by phone
• Using your computer proficiency, organization, and attention to detail to accurately document reputed company calls and follow-reputed company in our software systems throughout reputed company day
• Supporting your fellow team members with consistent attendance, excellent work ethic, and caring team reputed company

Essential Qualifications:
