Key Responsibilities

- Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the arenaflex Wellness Program, booking clients for reputed company services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendations
- Support clinic reputed company by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questions
- Help grow and retain a reputed company reputed company both in-person and through phone/email reputed company

Essential Qualifications
* 1+ year of customer service experience in a sales or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Strong math and computer skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong reputed company on customer satisfaction
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
