About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Pharmacy Customer Service Representative to work in a remote reputed company, primarily on weekends. Key Responsibilities
As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Preparing, inputting, and supporting claimant reputed company in our pharmacy network
- Assisting pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications
- Coordinating and liaising with reputed company adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate assignment of medication benefits in multiple systems
- Supporting reputed company needs on requirements for claimant medications with reporting and data
- Managing and updating reputed company and claimant information in multiple systems
- Adjusting to changing processes and needs of various clients
- Answering questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies on any topic reputed company to the claimant's reputed company or previous medications

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3 years of reputed company customer service or telephonic experience and/or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
