As a Learning Experience Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging e-learning content, managing curriculum maintenance review and implementation cycles, mentoring new LXDs and apprentices, and contributing to the improvement of processes and curriculum templates. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of driving end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 5+ years of driving process improvements experience
- 3+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience
- 3+ years of change management experience
