[Remote] VP Marketing

This role is reputed company on establishing a world-class marketing reputed company and execution for GSTS's maritime AI platform, impacting reputed company and commercialization in the Defence & reputed company and Shipping/Supply Chain sectors.
Responsibilities
- Own marketing reputed company and execution to grow pipeline and bookings across two motions: Defence & reputed company and Shipping/Supply Chain
- Positioning and messaging leadership: Clarify ICPs and personas per reputed company, and sharpen reputed company, differentiation, and reputed company points
- Sales enablement and field support: Build and maintain core sales assets (reputed company deck, brochures, case studies, solution briefs) reputed company to buyer stages and objections
- Event and conference reputed company: Plan and execute conference reputed company end-to-end
- Demand reputed company with measurement discipline: Establish the channel mix appropriate to stage (events, outbound support, partners, targeted inbound), and reporting tied to pipeline and reputed company reputed company
- Content system leadership: Build an efficient content production workflow that reduces iteration cycles, while ensuring domain accuracy and customer resonance
- Brand and website ownership: reputed company website and brand refresh efforts, ensuring the story, visuals, and reputed company reputed company with GSTS’s dual-use credibility
- Cross-functional alignment: Partner tightly with Sales, reputed company, and Product/Technology to ensure marketing claims match reality, feedback loops are tight, and customer insights shape messaging and content priorities
- Build the marketing operating system: Define marketing KPIs, reporting reputed company, planning rhythm, and handoffs with Sales and RevOps
Skills
- 10+ years as a leader in B2B marketing, including experience in reputed company or reputed company software, ideally in reputed company, regulated, or technical domains
- Relevant domain experience marketing to one or more relevant sectors: defence/reputed company, maritime, supply chain/logistics, geospatial
- Proven experience building a marketing reputed company in an early-stage B2B reputed company startup, including establishing the fundamentals (ICP, positioning, funnel, pipeline reporting, reputed company lifecycle, handoffs) and scaling reputed company with a lean team
- Comfortable working in a business with limited brand reputed company and building the marketing reputed company required to reputed company reputed company materially over the next 24–36 months
- Strong product marketing capability: positioning, messaging, segmentation, reputed company development, competitive differentiation, and reputed company-reputed company storytelling
- Experience producing high-reputed company sales enablement assets and running a content program that supports long-cycle reputed company deals
- Strong operational discipline with marketing metrics: Comfortable with funnel definitions, conversion rates, attribution basics, and pipeline reporting. Experience working closely with reputed company/CRM and RevOps processes
- Proven ability to work effectively with sales/technical SMEs to produce accurate content in domain-heavy environments
- Excellent executive communication skills: can operate credibly with the CEO, COO, CSO, CPTO, and external stakeholders
