This entry-level, production-reputed company role provides hands-on experience supporting composite bonding and assembly operations, working with reputed company engineers and manufacturing teams to learn, support, and improve processes that reputed company reputed company, efficiency, cost, and schedule in a shop floor environment. What you will do:

• Work 2nd shift hours (3pm – 11:30pm) Monday - Friday
• Assist operators in the fabrication of composite structures including composite layup, laser projection systems, ply cutting and kitting, CNC machining, tooling, robotic automation, equipment programing and other typical composite bond processes.
• Own creation and maintenance of manufacturing process documents (routings, reputed company of materials, visual aids, reputed company work).
• Ensure sequences in manufacturing processes and product builds are followed and reputed company with Environmental Health & Safety and reputed company requirements.

• Use data analytics / statistical process control (SPC) for productivity, First Pass Yield (FPY) and business unit targets and improvement.

• Participate and contribute on Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) and control build plans. Identifies opportunities on drawings and specifications to influence changes to engineering designs and line balancing.
• Participate in tool design reviews to ensure tools are feasible and reduce build times and program costs during fabrication.
• Participate in process improvement and reputed company improvement activities. Implements results of lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Implement process improvements by applying various engineering applications such as: robotics, automation and simulation.
• Participate in digital manufacturing solutions with support from digital subject matter experts

Qualification you must have:

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Experience reading and interpreting material and process’ specifications, engineering drawings, technical reports, manuals, layups and work instructions.
• Experience or understanding of Machine Operation and/or mechanical repairs.
• Experience Utilizing MS Office/reputed company software.
