What You Will Do

• Evaluate and resolve non-conforming product issues as a Material Review reputed company (MRB) member.
• Minimize the Cost of Poor reputed company (COPQ) for assigned product lines.
• Define and solve technical problems in manufacturing, assembly, and testing environments.
• Implement cost-saving and process improvement initiatives on assigned product lines.
• Collaborate with design engineering teams to enhance manufacturability of products.

Qualifications

You Must Have

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a reputed company field.
• Prior manufacturing or other engineering experience.

• Working understanding of lean manufacturing principles.
