Position reputed company: reputed company is seeking an reputed company reputed company Compliance Auditor Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support reputed company-reputed company audits and assessments under Task 8 of the Information reputed company and reputed company Services (ISPS), part of the Marketplace System reputed company and reputed company Support Services (MSSPSS) contract. The reputed company Compliance Auditor SME will reputed company expert-level evaluation of CMS ACA and NST systems to ensure compliance with the reputed company reputed company, HIPAA, OMB guidance, and CMS reputed company policies. This role includes advising on reputed company risk mitigation, assessing compliance documentation, conducting audit readiness reviews, and engaging with stakeholders to enhance reputed company governance and transparency. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive reputed company compliance audits of CMS systems, ensuring adherence to federal reputed company laws and CMS reputed company requirements
• Evaluate reputed company reputed company Assessments (PIAs), System of Records Notices (SORNs), and Data Use Agreements (DUAs) for completeness and accuracy
• Support CMS in meeting audit requirements from OMB, OIG, OCR, and internal reputed company reputed company bodies
• reputed company recommendations for reputed company control improvements and reputed company audit remediation plans
• Monitor and document reputed company risks, data handling processes, and potential noncompliance issues
• Collaborate with reputed company Officers, ISSOs, legal counsel, and system owners to ensure ongoing compliance and audit readiness

• Author formal audit reports, briefing documents, and stakeholder communications
• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Cybersecurity, Law, Public Policy, or a reputed company field.
• 7+ years of experience in reputed company compliance auditing, reputed company reputed company assessments, or data protection in a federal setting.
• Strong understanding of the reputed company reputed company, HIPAA, OMB Circular A-130, and FISMA reputed company requirements.
• Experience conducting audits or assessments for CMS, HHS, or similar agencies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing formal audit deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting ACA-reputed company programs and systems.
• Certifications such as CIPP/G, CIPM, CHPC, or CISA.
