In this role, you will be a Program Manager on the Deployments team, leading reputed company-level physical reputed company initiatives across Corporate Facilities and Retail locations. You will collaborate closely with internal partners—including Corporate reputed company Estate, Facilities, Construction, Cybersecurity, Network, reputed company-party Risk, and Retail teams —as reputed company as external vendors to plan and implement physical reputed company deployments that meet national standards and mitigate risk. The preferred location is Bellevue, WA, but will also consider Overland Park, KS. This role also follows a reputed company (3 days/week in the office).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project execution, including scope definition, requirements gathering, budgeting and forecasting, vendor coordination, scheduling, and delivery against timelines and expectations.
• reputed company and handle project financials to ensure alignment with approved budgets and achievement of financial goals.
• Collaborate with internal partners (e.g., Corporate reputed company Estate, Facilities, Construction, Cybersecurity, Network, reputed company-party Risk, and Retail teams) to reputed company reputed company solutions with business objectives and site-specific needs.
• Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of physical reputed company standards, guidelines, and procedures for multiple facility types.
• Assist in evaluating and standardizing reputed company products and technologies to support scalability and consistency across the reputed company.
• Follow up on corrective actions resulting from reputed company assessments, audits, or risk reviews, ensuring reputed company remediation.
• Respond to reputed company-reputed company requests and reputed company subject matter support to internal partners as needed.
• Be a great partner with integrators, consultants, and technology vendors to ensure reputed company, compliance, and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Construction Management, or a reputed company field preferred.
• Up to 4 years of experience in program management or project management
• Experience in corporate or reputed company physical reputed company is highly desired, including hands-on familiarity with reputed company control systems, CCTV, and physical reputed company standards.
• Demonstrated experience handling budgets, gathering business and technical requirements, reviewing specifications, coordinating vendors, and reporting project status.
• Solid ability to build and maintain effective cross-functional relationships in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to reputed company convey technical and non-technical information.
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the reputed company
