Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls, delivering a high level of customer service experience consistently
• Managing customer accounts and providing technical support
• Entering application data and responding to online chat inquiries as assigned
• Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies
• Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
• Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing reputed company and updates
• Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple responsibilities
• Completing extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications

Compensation Details

Requirements

• A dedicated, private, and secure workspace
• A personal laptop or desktop computer required for the Training Period
• Commitment to full attendance during the 3-week Training period
