About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Remote Bilingual Customer Technical Support Specialist to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for responding to customer technical inquiries reputed company phone, chat, and email. Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Bilingual - English/Spanish required
- High School diploma required

- Experience working in a HIPAA environment highly preferred
- Previous IT helpdesk experience preferred
