• Respond professionally to urgent inbound phone calls from existing DrChrono customers

• Identify and escalate reputed company issues, bugs, or product feature recommendations

With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. Compensation: The reputed company compensation for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 USD per year based on US location, a variable component monthly commissions included.
