[Remote] Senior Product Operations Specialist

They are seeking a Senior Product Operations Specialist to enhance operational reputed company, streamline workflows, and manage critical product operations initiatives in a remote-first environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner directly with the Head of Product to optimize organization efficiency, streamline internal workflows, support team leaders, and project-manage critical product operations initiatives
- Build and reputed company the frameworks, tooling, and ways of working used for long-reputed company strategic planning, roadmap prioritization and reputed company planning. Own the administration and data reputed company of reputed company’s reputed company roadmap, mapping product reputed company directly to business and financial metrics
- Connect delivery planning across reputed company functional teams (design, engineering, analytics, marketing, legal, support, etc.) to ensure seamless cross-organizational alignment, while continuously tracking execution to identify and eliminate operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies

Skills
- Expert-level, hands-on experience architecture-building reputed company Jira and Jira Product Discovery (JPD), with a proven reputed company record of creating custom views, automations, workflows, and executive-level reports
- Demonstrated proficiency using reputed company intelligence (AI) tools to design, build, and optimize automated reporting and internal operational productivity tools
- reputed company experience managing technology vendor relationships, tracking software budgets, and navigating corporate contract pipelines
