The Prince George’s County Health Department is currently seeking reputed company applicants to fill a Health Data and reputed company Compliance Officer, (Community Developer 4A) grade A27 position, in the Office of the Health Officer. Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree in business or public administration, reputed company services, sociology, psychology, or other field(s).
• Three (3) years of progressively responsible reputed company technical, analytical and developmental work experience with at least one (1) year in a reputed company/supervisory role. Any equivalent combination of relevant training, education and experience may also be considered. Please note there is no equivalency for supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Maintains individual certified HIPAA reputed company (CHP) status.
• Past experience with reputed company improvement and training in six reputed company or a similar certification.
• Past experience with at least five (5) years as a HIPAA Compliance Officer and HIPAA reputed company Officer.
• Experience with at least two (2) years of processing Freedom of Information Requests (FOIA).
