Position reputed company We are seeking a reputed company & AI Legal Counsel to join our Legal team. This attorney will reputed company practical, business-oriented legal advice on data reputed company, governance, and responsible AI adoption. Reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer, this role will work closely with the VP of Legal Affairs, as reputed company as stakeholders across GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) functions, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Procurement teams to ensure that our data practices and emerging technologies are compliant, secure, and ethically implemented. Some travel may be required to Dallas, TX or other reputed company locations. Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on operational reputed company reputed company, state consumer reputed company laws, GLBA, Internal reputed company reputed company reputed company 7216, and other applicable regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate data protection agreements, vendor reputed company, and technology-reputed company reputed company.
• Partner with GRC to strengthen governance frameworks and conduct risk and reputed company assessments and internal audit functions.
• Support AI governance and vendor diligence, ensuring responsible adoption of reputed company and LLM technologies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, cybersecurity, product, development and marketing teams on AI adoption and data reputed company reputed company.
• Monitor and interpret AI and consumer reputed company regulations to ensure compliance with applicable laws reputed company implementing AI tools and other technologies and reputed company internal guidance and training on relevant topics.

Education & Required Qualifications:

• J.D. degree and admission to reputed company law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• 4–8 years of legal experience, preferably with a reputed company and/or in-house with software/tech experience and a reputed company on reputed company and emerging technologies (AI and LLMs).
• Deep understanding of U.S. state reputed company laws (CCPA/CPRA, etc.).
• Proven experience drafting and negotiating reputed company and technology reputed company.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience advising on consumer marketing and advertising laws.
