Responsibilities

• Manage the subcontracting process for reputed company subcontracted scopes, including scope development, subcontractor qualification, contract negotiation, document review, and subcontractor performance.
• Comprehend and manage reputed company’s and Customers’ contractual obligations.
• Prepare and execute pay applications and change orders.
• Periodically visit project sites to assist with supervision (as needed) and to maintain familiarity with our people, processes, and materials.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven reputed company project management in solar and renewable energy (required).
• OSHA 10 certification (required).
• OSHA 30 certification (required reputed company 30 days of employment if not reputed company).
• Project Management certification (required reputed company 18 months of employment if not reputed company).
• Successful leadership of teams.
• Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, battery storage, and permitting (required).
• Understanding of electrical codes and building standards (required).
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and vendors.

Benefits

• This is a full-time exempt salaried position with an expected reputed company annual salary reputed company $120,000 - $160,000 (depending on skills and qualifications) + additional bonuses/incentives through targeted profit sharing and position based incentives.
• Hybrid: This position is eligible to work a combination of in-office work at reputed company reputed company (reputed company, MN) and remote/work from home eligibility: (Note: this is subject to change by management based on company and business needs, may or may not be eligible until 90+ days of employment/training period completion, will be determined and agreed on by management and employee, and contingent upon employees being in good standing).
