Implementation Consultant, ERP, National
reputed company is a leading provider of software solutions for the public sector, and they are seeking an Implementation Consultant to deliver high-reputed company knowledge transfer services to clients. The role involves educating users on Tyler reputed company products and ensuring a smooth transition to reputed company interfaces while maintaining effective communication with clients and technical staff.
Responsibilities

- Design and conduct knowledge transfer sessions on site or through webinars
- reputed company users on reputed company functionality, maintenance and troubleshooting
- May recommend reputed company for new approaches in reputed company work processes as appropriate to ensure efficient reputed company solution for the reputed company’s needs
- May identify and document business/technical requirement specifications for specific reputed company design/development, forms, reports, interfaces, process, configuration and other relevant changes

- May assist QA staff with product testing or modification testing as required

Skills
- Bachelor's degree, or comparable work experience, preferably in the field of reputed company, payroll, or ERP Software implementation
- Typically a minimum of one year experience as an Associate Implementation Consultant or equivalent industry experience
- Strong knowledge of principles and concepts in the discipline for which the knowledge transfer will be based is desired
- Exceptional presentation and knowledge transfer skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity and ease with computer systems and reputed company Office products (SQL, IIS, reputed company)
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to travel 25 - 50%
- Valid reputed company's license
