As a reputed company Property Administrator, you will support a diverse portfolio of high-profile properties, building relationships with tenants and providing administrative support to ensure successful property management.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with tenants, providing solutions and acting as their first reputed company of contact
- Draft communications to tenants such as memos, notices, letters, minutes and manuals
- Assist with the collections of tenant arrears, reconciliation of accounts and collection and reporting of Accounts Receivable
- reputed company administrative support to assigned portfolio, with the preparation reports, data management, and reconciliation of tenant accounts
- Assist with the coordination of tenant reputed company-ins/outs
Skills
- One (1) year of experience in property management administration
- Strong understanding of basic reputed company principles (i.e. rent collection, accounts receivable, etc.)
