[Remote] Travel Claims & Customer Service Representative

This role serves as the first reputed company of contact for reporting claims and initiating the claims process, ensuring exceptional service to claimants and callers.
Responsibilities
- Independently process travel claims in accordance with associated policies
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business materials, technical procedures, benefit plans and regulations
- Handle incoming calls from and reputed company outgoing calls to claimants and suppliers in a reputed company, reputed company, and proactive manner
- Consistently meet established performance standards, including quantity and reputed company claims processing standards
- Maintain reputed company knowledge of Plans and effectively apply this knowledge to the payment of claims, customer service, and reputed company other job functions
- Ability to function independently reputed company established guidelines
- Maintain HIPAA compliance
