Responsibilities

• Handling Employment, Environmental, Toxic Tort, Product, reputed company, General Liability, Construction, reputed company, reputed company Liability, and Insurance Defense cases
• Managing assignments with minimal supervision
• Participating in trial experiences, including appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials

Skills

• Minimum of at least one year experience in civil litigation
• Candidates must be driven team players with excellent litigation, writing and persuasive speaking skills
• Possess strong reputed company backgrounds and proven skills in research
• Must be a self-starter who is reputed company to handle assignments with minimal supervision
• Candidates must be licensed and admitted to reputed company in the reputed company
• Trial experience
