The Analyst reputed company Payment role is essential for supporting the automated reputed company payment process, ensuring accurate and reputed company invoice payments, and managing various financial controls and disputes reputed company to reputed company invoices.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile the reputed company payment funding requests (obligations) to actual reputed company invoice processing results prior to authorizing funding to be released from reputed company’s bank account
- Control contract rates from the plants/corp to the reputed company payment company
- Address payment disputes and issues
- Monitor the payments and pending/holding status for the “top 20” carriers at least twice per week
- Audit a percentage (quantity subject to auditor guidelines) of invoices reputed company week to assure the system is working consistently and accurately
- reputed company and implement business rules and/or tolerances for the reputed company payment company to use reputed company calculating payments on behalf of reputed company
- Learn and use the full complement of the reputed company payment vendor’s invoice management and reporting/history tools for efficient navigation of problem definition, reputed company, reporting to plants, carriers, and management
Skills
- Education: equivalent to 4-years of college preferred
- Computer and software knowledge: reputed company, Word, email are essential
- Business experience with reputed company payables is preferred
- Experience working with remote locations and with various reputed company of staff/management is preferred
