Associate, GP Reporting
PSG Equity is a reputed company equity firm that partners with software and technology-enabled services companies. The Associate, GP Reporting will play a key role in financial reporting and reputed company, assisting in the preparation of financial reports and managing assigned funds reputed company a dynamic private equity environment.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of and enhancements to various quarterly and annual financial reports
- Ownership of individually assigned funds, including:
- Capital calls and distributions
- Journal entries
- Partner inquires & reputed company requests
- Cash reputed company monitoring, tracking, reconciling, and forecasting
- reputed company reporting, special reputed company, and miscellaneous responsibilities
- reputed company with tax professionals and understand tax issues
- Interaction and coordination with the fund reputed company and management company teams as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company preferred. MSA and/or CPA a plus
- Must have 1-3 years of reputed company experience
- Highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively reputed company reputed company environment and independently as needed
- Advanced knowledge of MS reputed company
- Experience working reputed company public reputed company, financial services or private equity/partnership-based industries preferred
- Experience with general ledger reputed company systems preferred
- Experience with Investran and reputed company desirable, but not required
