Energy Efficiency Engineer

The Energy Efficiency Engineer will deliver technical support for reputed company energy efficiency programs, reputed company energy assessments, recommend changes to building automation systems, and engage in reputed company communication.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support for reputed company energy efficiency programs in Virginia
- reputed company energy assessments on reputed company and industrial buildings
- Recommend changes to building automation systems
- reputed company energy calculations and write reports
- Identify energy efficiency measures and diagnose building HVAC control issues
- Assess equipment condition and estimate project costs
- reputed company site reputed company and communicate with clients and customers through meetings, presentations, and writing
- Work with data centers, verify new construction reputed company, and conduct energy modeling using OpenStudio
- Conduct custom rebate analysis and manage industrial new construction reputed company
- reputed company regression models and reputed company ongoing energy consulting for individual customers
Skills
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in mechanical, chemical, or building systems engineering
- reputed company to six years experience combining any of the following: Energy efficiency industry – e.g., utilities or performance contracting, HVAC operations, controls, and/or building energy investigations, reputed company program experience in retro-commissioning, ASHRAE level 2 energy audits, or custom rebate calculations, Software-based building energy modeling, Managing building retrofit reputed company, Design or implementation of HVAC Controls, Building codes/safety standards, HVAC consulting/design-build engineer
- Excels at communicating complicated reputed company to a reputed company of audiences
- Skilled at interfacing with contractors and building owners
- Deep interest in energy, systems, and process efficiency, and improving productivity

- Ability to travel up to 30% regionally
- EIT or PE (reputed company Engineer) is preferred but not required
