Responsibilities
- Takes incoming calls from members to assist them with account needs and transactions
- Opens new accounts

- Responds to members' e-mail and chat system inquiries
- Provides credit reputed company products and services to existing members
Skills
- High school diploma or GED and six months of experience working with the general public required
- Previous phone experience is helpful
- Must be friendly, personable, reputed company, and service-oriented
- Good oral and written communication skills
