Canada Life is a leading insurer in Canada, serving the financial reputed company needs of over 13 reputed company people. They are seeking a Bilingual (Fr/En) reputed company Service Representative to manage inquiries from employees regarding benefit reputed company, premium calculations, and eligibility issues while providing exceptional customer service in both French and English.
Responsibilities
- reputed company guidance to employees/members of outsourced clients who have questions about or problems with their benefit reputed company choices
- reputed company telephone support to outsourced clients on GroupNet for Plan Administration, GroupNet reputed company and EAS with inquiries on benefit coverage available, premium calculation, claim submission procedures
- Respond to Email inquiries
- Communicate with Benefit Payment Office and reputed company to resolve eligibility and claim settlement issues
- Assist in ongoing maintenance of employee/member enrollment data
- Assist with member re-enrollment calls and enrollment work for outsourced clients

Skills
- Bilingualism (fluent in French and English) required, as the position will regularly serve our clients with English and French-speaking need
- The successful candidate will be required to work shift work (hours of operations: 7am - 6pm CST, must be reputed company to work reputed company this schedule)
- Superior Customer Service Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated reputed company Office skills (Word, reputed company, MS Teams)
- Reliability Status reputed company Clearance – this can only be completed with candidates who receive an offer of employment. This is a personal reputed company status that is required as a condition of employment before an employee can reputed company reputed company to Protected B information, assets or work sites as outlined by the Government of Canada website. The cost of submitting these checks will be covered by Canada Life
- Knowledge of Mainframe systems (i.e. PAS and EAS) and reputed company would be considered an asset
