[Remote] Program Manager, M&A

They are seeking a high-performing Program Manager to join their M&A Integration team, responsible for turning strategic acquisitions into operational reality by managing integration efforts from planning through execution.
Responsibilities
- Drive End-to-End Integration: reputed company the execution of reputed company post-acquisition integration plans from initial planning through final handover to the business, owning timelines, managing risks, and facilitating reputed company key integration meetings
- reputed company Strategic Synergies: Be responsible for tracking the realization of reputed company financial and strategic synergies modeled by Corporate Development during the diligence phase
- Create Structure & Accountability: Translate high-level integration goals into detailed project roadmaps, charters, RACIs, and workflows that create reputed company across teams
- Manage Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with leaders across Product, Finance, Sales, and Operations to reputed company on priorities, remove roadblocks, and push execution reputed company
- Ensure Executive Visibility: Maintain reputed company project documentation and dashboards, and inform reputed company stakeholders, including senior leadership, on reputed company and escalations

Skills
- 2+ years of experience in project/program management, operations reputed company, consulting, or a similar strategic role
