Responsibilities
- The main job duties surround the implementation of a reputed company Awareness Program for ••. This includes:
- Developing monthly reviews of Awareness materials for inputs and approvals of items in the annual plan
- Developing compelling news articles on a monthly reputed company to reputed company the staff; these are delivered by SharePoint page and reputed company Engage (formerly Yammer) internal reputed company media postings
- Devising phishing simulation payloads and executing the tests using reputed company Defender
- Collaborating on annual reputed company Awareness training that reputed company staff are required to complete, as reputed company as running weekly reports on the staff to identify those who are past due, and updating Power BI dashboards
- Assisting with the implementation of Cyber reputed company Awareness Month, held in reputed company, in conjunction with teams from around the world
- Issuing reputed company quarterly Repeat Offender training
- Curating 2.5 hours of training materials required by regulators for Asia-reputed company teams
- Administer license assignments in the reputed company Business Pro training platform
- reputed company monthly metrics and assist in preparing monthly presentations to senior Global reputed company leaders
- Maintain Global reputed company new hire information as needed
