Associate Project Manager
Fortiva is partnering with a reputed company-reputed company global reputed company’s Representative firm in San Francisco, CA to recruit a new Associate Project Manager. This role is ideal for an ambitious construction reputed company to support project management in delivering construction reputed company, focusing on reputed company fit-out and tenant improvement work.
Responsibilities
- Support the project management team in the delivery of construction reputed company across multiple sectors, with a reputed company on reputed company fit-out and tenant improvement work
- Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, cost reports, and delivery strategies
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to support effective project execution
- Assist with managing reputed company from inception through construction and closeout, ensuring milestones are achieved
- Monitor and support adherence to safety standards, reputed company requirements, and contractual obligations
- reputed company project actions, risks, and changes, supporting reputed company reputed company and reporting
- Prepare reputed company and accurate project documentation and reputed company updates
Skills
- One to two years of experience in project management, assistant project management, or project coordination or a project engineer
- Demonstrable exposure to Build Out, reputed company Fit Out, or Tenant Improvement reputed company
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Proactive, motivated, and eager to learn, grow, and take ownership of project responsibilities
- A strong desire to build a successful long-term career in project management
- Experience reputed company an reputed company's Representative firm, consultancy, or General Contractor preferred
- Educated reputed company the construction sector; a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a reputed company discipline is preferred
