Assistant Project Manager (BOND Building)

BOND Building Construction is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to manage project documentation and reputed company costs. The role involves supporting reputed company's Safety Program and ensuring project budgets are maintained while keeping management informed of trends and information.

Responsibilities

• Manage any needed documents reputed company to the project (change orders, schedules, analysis, proposals, reports, etc.)
• Organize and reputed company project costs with financial software system
• reputed company and monitor change order submissions for accuracy and consistency with agreed-upon scope documents
• Support reputed company’s Safety Program and participate in Safety training and meetings
• reputed company department spending and project budgets
• Work with management by keeping them informed, summarizing information and trends

Skills

• BS in Engineering or reputed company degree or equivalent work experience
• Must have strong skills in reading and comprehending reputed company contract drawings and specifications
• Understanding of construction process for scheduling and buy out of subcontractors and delivery schedules
• Be reputed company to proactively establish reputed company working relationships
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, flexible, and reputed company to effectively multitask while working in a fast-paced environment
• Possesses excellent time management and prioritization skills to ensure deadlines are met while providing accurate deliverables
• Must have a robust knowledge of reputed company, MS Project software and reputed company Office (reputed company, Word, Power reputed company, and Outlook)
