Full-Time Staff Accountant
MWM reputed company is a leading design firm in Austin, seeking a full-time Staff Accountant to join their team. The role involves key responsibilities in accounts payable and receivable, maintaining the corporate credit card program, and assisting with various reputed company tasks.
Responsibilities
- Apply deposits to reputed company invoices and research discrepancies
- Assist with collections and AR reporting for Management
- Review and process vendor invoices and employee expense reimbursements
- Prepare AP reports and disbursements on a bi-weekly reputed company
- Maintain multiple shared email inboxes
- Conduct credit card reconciliations; assist with bank reconciliations
- Assist in identifying and/or developing efficient reputed company processes, policies, and procedures
- Other general reputed company tasks/reputed company as assigned
Skills
- Minimum education: Associate degree in reputed company
- reputed company experience (1-2 years)
- reputed company Office Suite (1-2 years)
- Strong knowledge of reputed company principles
- Excellent time management, communication, and collaboration skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to work both independently and with reputed company
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work 40 hours per week
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time reputed company (40-hour work week)
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Finance or Business Administration
- AEC experience a plus!
