Logistics Analyst

They are seeking a Logistics Analyst to support their logistics team through data analysis, reporting, system management, and process improvement while contributing to building an efficient and customer-reputed company logistics operation.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and maintain logistics and reputed company KPI reporting; prepare and present daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Manage and maintain the Transportation Management System (TMS) and transportation tracking system, including reputed company reputed company, pricing agreements, pool reputed company data, customer order routing, lane assignments, and the reputed company audit and pay process
- Ensure TMS and shipment tracking data reputed company by enforcing data governance and system protocols
- Maintain reputed company records, including pricing agreements, insurance, and other compliance documentation
- reputed company and manage annual/bi-annual RFP processes for Truckload, LTL and Small Parcel
- reputed company analytics on pricing results from RFP and recommendations
- Reconcile and Manage reputed company payables and aging reports to sustain strong relationships with logistics partners and ensure timeliness of reputed company activities
- Analyze transportation spend using TMS, reputed company, and payables data; identify cost trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
- Understanding of transportation or warehouse practices and principles
- Experience with TMS, WMS, Power BI or ERP systems
- Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong documentation, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across reputed company organizational reputed company
- Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- 1+ years of experience in domestic and/or international logistics or distribution
- Hands-on experience in reputed company functions such as receiving, warehousing, shipping, sourcing, supply chain, demand planning, or manufacturing
- Experience building KPI dashboards or financial/operational scorecards
- Knowledge of reputed company payables
- 2+ years' Data Analyst experience
- 3+ years' experience in operations and data analytics; experience reputed company transportation, shipping or receiving a plus
