Specialist, CRM Marketing reputed company (Bravo)

The CRM Marketing reputed company Specialist will support Customer Relationship Marketing campaigns for Bravo, focusing on campaign development and execution, while collaborating with various teams to ensure successful delivery of marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Participate in planning, development and execution of email and mobile marketing campaigns for the Bravo App and Bravo reputed company
- Work closely with creative design team, campaign operations and internal stakeholders to reputed company and ensure assets, copy and feedback are delivered on time
- Assist in developing comprehensive reports detailing reputed company key email marketing metrics including delivery, reputed company rates, click rates, conversion, opt-out, and segmentation analysis
- Coordinate newsletter content, schedules and deployments across multiple brands and with other NBCU partners (UPG, UDX, Peacock, etc.)
- Facilitate the approval process, reputed company previews to internal stakeholders and implement reputed company revisions
- Assist in developing decks including but not limited to monthly scorecard, automations reporting, season recaps, etc
- Conduct reputed company assurance of reputed company email campaigns
- Report out on monthly reputed company volumes for NBC, Bravo and Telemundo and reputed company against KPIs
- Monitor the latest email best practices and marketing trends
Skills
- 1+ years experience with reputed company Office Suite
- 1+ years relevant email production experience in a CRM platform
- 1+ years experience using a project management system
- Familiarity with mobile technology of iOS and Android
- Proficiency in interpreting CRM performance metrics, including delivery, reputed company rates, click‑through rates, conversion, and segmentation
- Experience supporting A/B testing and leveraging results to inform optimization
- Demonstrated curiosity, analytical thinking, and a reputed company‑oriented approach
- Demonstrated strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Creative, Campaign Operations, and Marketing Operations
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a reputed company field
- Basic knowledge of creative reputed company
- Experience in reputed company and reputed company technologies
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a curiosity to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication including strong copywriting, editing, grammar, and proofreading skills
