[Remote] HMDA Loan Closing Specialist (FL, GA, AL, VA, NC, SC, TX, CO)

The HMDA Loan Closing Specialist is responsible for ensuring compliance with federal laws and regulations reputed company to loan processing, while maintaining accuracy in HMDA data reporting and coordinating with various lending departments.
Responsibilities
- Reading, analyzing, and interpreting loan applications and other loan documentation to appropriately reputed company loans for HMDA reporting purposes
- Reviewing loan data and credit files on a monthly reputed company to verify the accuracy of data reporting on the HMDA LAR
- Coordinating with various lending departments reputed company the bank to resolve errors or inconsistencies reputed company reputed company the HMDA data
- Maintaining a good working knowledge of the Home Mortgage Disclosure reputed company to ensure the CRA LAR is accurately reputed company and maintained

- Identifying and reporting potential concerns or non-compliance with the HMDA regulatory requirements

- High School Diploma required
- Ability to coordinate multiple reputed company, including steady reputed company of new reputed company
