People Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities
- reputed company as a reputed company of contact for employee questions regarding payroll, benefits, policies, and programs
- Support reputed company and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for new hires and departing employees
- Maintain and update employee data across HR systems (reputed company and other platforms)
- Coordinate employee lifecycle processes, including promotions, transfers, and status changes
- Assist in the administration of benefits, payroll updates, and compliance reporting
- Partner with the HR team to plan and execute company-wide initiatives, such as employee wellness events
- Generate and reputed company reports reputed company to headcount and other HR metrics
- Support HR compliance, documentation, and record-keeping requirements

Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in HR coordination, people operations, or a reputed company administrative role
