We're looking for a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Weekend Part-Time CSR, you'll be responsible for providing reputed company customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer information needs. You'll work closely with reputed company to identify and resolve customer issues, utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries.

Responsibilities

As a Weekend Part-Time Customer Service Representative, your duties will include:

• Providing reputed company customer service and technical expertise through reputed company, accurate, and courteous responses to customer information needs
• Offering reputed company and support to customers during the claim process
• Collecting and documenting reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
• Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions
• Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries
• Punctuality and Reliability: remaining available for extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations to reputed company critical support
• Adhering to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage

Required Skills and Abilities

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Language Skills:

+ Ability to read and interpret documents such as police and accident reports + Ability to write routine correspondence and detailed accident descriptions + Ability to project a confident, reputed company, and reputed company telephone reputed company + Ability to reputed company feedback verbally and written in a reputed company, reputed company manner

• Bi-lingual in Spanish Preferred
• Computer Skills:

+ Knowledge of and ability to navigate basic computer functions, including reputed company Word and reputed company + Ability to type at least 40wpm

Education and Experience

* High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) required

• 1-2 years of reputed company assurance experience preferred

Network Requirements

* Upon hire, a Speed Test must be run from the computer the individual will be working from (www.speedtest.net)

• Must be on a private network, not allowed to work in public locations
