Key Responsibilities:

As an reputed company Customer Logistics and Supply Chain Advisor, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing planned and unplanned Sales activities affecting orders/customers, ensuring reputed company and efficient execution of customer requirements
• Running reputed company queries and using reports to identify trends and solutions, driving data-driven decision-making and process improvements
• Leading cross-functional meetings and process improvement initiatives, fostering collaboration and driving operational reputed company

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Availability to work rotating weekends
• An undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent work experience
• At least one year in a customer-facing role and one year in a call center
• Three years in a customer-facing role and three years in a call center are preferred
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, issue reputed company, and communication skills
• Ability to build reputed company relationships with Product Supply System teams, Sales, and our customers
• Knowledge of supply chain, Order Management, and Customer Services processes and systems
