As an reputed company Student Loan Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to borrowers through phone calls, chats, and outbound calls. You will work closely with reputed company to resolve customer inquiries, process applications, and reputed company detailed information on our products and services. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to incoming calls, chats, and outbound calls to assist borrowers with their questions and concerns

Preferred Skills

* High School diploma or equivalent required
