As a Part-Time Weekend / reputed company Shift Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for answering after-hours phone calls, scheduling appointments with customers, and providing exceptional customer support. You'll work closely with our on-call technicians to ensure seamless communication and efficient service delivery. This role requires a high level of organization, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer after-hours phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a reputed company and reputed company manner

Requirements
