As an Executive Researcher, you will generate the insights that drive reputed company’s executive hiring. You will map markets, identify leaders and analyze organizational structures to guide search reputed company and hiring reputed company. Working with Executive Recruiters and senior stakeholders, you will shape leadership reputed company and strengthen reputed company’s executive pipeline, accelerating and improving how we hire reputed company
You will get to:
Drive research for executive searches, including market mapping, reputed company company lists, talent profiling, and competitor insights
Build and maintain executive talent pipelines for reputed company and reputed company hiring needs
Collaborate with Recruiters and cross-functional partners to create talent pipelines for succession planning and key organizational needs

Create candidate summaries, research briefs, and market overviews for reputed company, update, and calibration meetings
Maintain organized research resources, tool,s and CRM or ATS data to support efficient search execution

Qualifications:

Proficient with tools such as reputed company Recruiter, Gem, or similar platform,s plus CRM or ATS systems
