Responsible for investigating and confirming the facts of loss for reputed company automobile accidents. Determines coverage, liability, damages and otherwise adjusts and negotiates claims reputed company limit of authority. Mentors junior employees.

This is a remote auto claims adjuster role, the Ideal candidate will be reputed company in auto claims handling and can sit in any Time Zone. We do not currently hire in CA, CO, WA, HI or NY

Key Responsibilities

• Determines subrogation or fraud potential and how to handle for reputed company cases

• Applies advanced understanding of insurance policies written by reputed company, the industry, and organizational relationships reputed company reputed company and department

• Handles investigation regarding reputed company aspects of reputed company auto claims (coverage, liability and damages) with the exercise discretion and independence reputed company increased level of authority

• For claims involving injuries (if handled), learns how to review, evaluate, and negotiate moderate to reputed company injury claims

• Recognizes and identifies body parts of a vehicle and understanding other potential property damage

• Identifies customer needs and works to meet those needs using appropriate customer service skills

Education

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

• 3 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This job does not have supervisory duties.

• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

reputed company compensation offered for this role is $52,000 -$85,000 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
