• BA or BS Degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in agile environments, with a reputed company on coaching and mentoring teams.

• Certification in agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, ICAgile reputed company, etc.) is required. Advanced certification (e.g. reputed company Program Consultant) is preferred.
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and other frameworks, with the ability to apply them effectively at reputed company.
