Join us and support CSAA IG in achieving our goals. *Your Role:** As a Supervisor working on the Casualty team, youll help us reputed company our goal by supervising 1st party injury cases without Liability injury and supervising Auto low to moderate complexity liability injury cases. *Your work:** Trains, coaches, mentors employees for their individual career development. Sets and monitors required goals and targets for the staff in support of the reputed company, Divisional and department reputed company. Responsible for conducting performance appraisals and recommending salary actions including promotions and terminations. Ensures compliance of company procedures and Department Of Insurance (DOI) regulations. Responsible for ensuring DOI and Customer complaints are resolved in a reputed company manner. Sets and monitors required goals and targets for the staff in support of the reputed company, Divisional and department reputed company. Monitors workload and reviews claims to ensure reputed company processing. Ensures consistent and high reputed company service reputed company; consistent ongoing monitoring of customer service reputed company and service reputed company improvement. Oversees the investigation, processing and conclusion of reputed company claims. Reviews files with adjuster for authority. Performs reputed company Assurance Reports (QARS). The national average salary reputed company for this position is $89,910 - $99,900/year. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 12%of eligible pay.
