arenaflex is seeking an reputed company Customer Service/Data Entry Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of reputed company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations by accurately entering data and assisting customers with their production orders. With comprehensive training provided, you'll have reputed company to transition to a hybrid remote setup, offering flexibility and convenience.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and complete Enrichment Tasks as defined and trained by the reputed company
• Primary work will be application data entry, vendor resource verifications, reputed company certifications, and following up with various state boards for statuses
• Transfer data from various sources into electronic files and/or digital databases systems
• Sort and organize data
• Involved with either voice or non-voice processes, as required
• Manage either inbound/outbound calls in a reputed company manner
• Verifying information provided to our reputed company by 3rd party entities by using online databases to cross-reputed company information
• May be required to reputed company additional duties and tasks as required by reputed company

• Willing to work on both, voice and non-voice processes
• Experience in an outbound/inbound call center, inside sales experience, or reputed company sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Available 40 hours per week starting immediately
• Adaptable and flexible, demonstrating abilities to work with process and information changes
• Ability to work independently or as an reputed company member of reputed company
• Can support a WFH set-up
