We're seeking reputed company Customer Service Representatives to join our remote contact center team. As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and escalating critical issues to management. Responsibilities & Duties

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing a high-level of customer service in reputed company interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Hold a High School diploma or GED
• Have at least 1 year of contact center or reputed company customer experience
• Possess 6 months of computer experience in a business environment
• Be reputed company to obtain and maintain a reputed company Trust reputed company Clearance
• Be a US Citizen
• Meet the minimum internet requirements of 25mbps download and 10mbps upload to work from home

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

• Bilingual skills, with Spanish being a plus
• A Bachelor's degree
• Prior experience supporting the Small Business Administration
