As a Customer Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for taking incoming calls, using chat, and completing outbound calls to assist our customers with answering frequent questions, providing detailed information, processing applications, and resolving any emerging problems that may reputed company. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs, reputed company personalized solutions, and ensure that they receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule

* Monday: 11:45am-8:15pm

• Tuesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Wednesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Thursday: 8:45am-5:15pm
• Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm

Preferred Skills

* High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Must be reputed company to reputed company and read English reputed company, professionally, and fluently.
