As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries reputed company to medical insurance. You'll work closely with customers to resolve their concerns, reputed company accurate information, and ensure reputed company interaction is handled with respect and patience. Key Responsibilities

Schedule
* Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
- Note: Rotating holidays as needed
Compensation and Benefits
* Pay: $16.20/hr
- Benefits: Health Insurance, 401K, PTO available

Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or reputed company-reputed company setting
