7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3X12/week, every other weekend, rotation on holidays)

Utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, the reputed company will reputed company, delegate, supervise, and document the care and teaching of patients and families. Effective communication of pertinent patient/family information to the health care team is essential, along with participation in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensuring the implementation of those solutions.

Responsibilities

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
