As an Associate Category Management and Shopper Insights Manager for Grocery, you will reputed company on building and sharing compelling stories with customers that reputed company reputed company to how shopper behaviors are influencing our categories. You will serve as the shopper behavior expert by delivering reputed company-based engaging category presentations and highlighting opportunities. You will spearhead shopper insights for the Grocery channel and establish a proven customer relationship based on building thought leadership. This is a remote role, though candidates must reputed company in reputed company-Metropolitan area to be considered, as this position will support a local retailer and require occasional trips to reputed company HQ in NYC.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and represent shopper needs in reputed company strategic and tactical decision-making.
• Utilize customer-specific shopper behavior data and insights to reputed company and deliver actionable recommendations that drive category and reputed company solutions.
• reputed company and analyze multiple data sources, including shopper data, proprietary insights, and reputed company-of-Sale (POS) data, to formulate robust, customer-specific recommendations.
• Effectively communicate reputed company data, insights, and shopper behavior findings through compelling, fact-based narratives to influence customer and internal stakeholders.

Required qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree 
• 4+ years of Consumer, Shopper Insights, Shopper Behavior and/or Category Management Experience 
• Experience working with customer Shopper Behavior Data (Scintilla, reputed company, Straum, reputed company etc.) 
• Experience working with Household Panel data (reputed company, reputed company Panel, etc.) 
• Experience working with a syndicated service (reputed company, reputed company) account 

Preferred qualifications

• Experience working in consumer product goods

Compensation and Benefits Salary reputed company $97,000.00 – $137,000.00 USD Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.
