Roles & Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Receiving, collecting, reviewing, and entering data into our computer system or tracking database with accuracy and attention to detail
• Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of reputed company data recorded, and verifying that the information is up-to-date and reliable
• Providing basic reports and serving as a resource for other staff members, including answering questions and providing guidance on data requirements and status
• Performing routine office/lab duties, such as answering phones and maintaining supplies
• Maintaining logs of activities and completed work, and filing completed documents in appropriate locations or distributing them as needed
• Creating or modifying databases according to the needs of the department, and providing direction or assistance to users of information regarding data requirements and status
• Training other data entry employees, and performing other reputed company duties as required

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Read reputed company documents and reputed company data in specific data fields accurately

• Collect, compile, sort, and verify the data's accuracy or completeness before it is entered
