About the Role: Customer Service Representative (Student Loan Advisor)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join reputed company as a Student Loan Advisor. As a key member of our customer contact center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, answering their questions, and resolving any issues they may have. • Take incoming calls, use chat, and complete outbound calls as necessary to assist customers with their queries and concerns

Schedule and Work Arrangements:

This is an in-center position, with the possibility of working from home after 90 days, provided you meet the required performance, attendance, and compliance standards. The schedule for this role is as follows:

• Monday: 11:45am-8:15pm
• Tuesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Wednesday: 10:45am-7:15pm
• Thursday: 8:45am-5:15pm
• Friday: 8:45am-5:15pm

Requirements and Preferred Skills:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
